I have not used Palo Alto Roofing for any work yet, but I am giving five stars for John being such a helpful, conscientious person and having integrity!

I called him in a panic yesterday morning when I discovered that our roof was leaking quite a bit, and he said he would be able to come pretty quickly after another appointment. I would have happily paid him to repair our roof, but he encouraged me to try and find the person who originally put on the roof (for our home’s previous owner), and explained how the roof warranty works (since our roof was less than five years old, we would likely have no charge for repairs from the original installer.) He was willing to hold the appointment spot for me while I tried to find the person who originally put on the roof, which I did, and he made the repair.

John could have easily taken the job, especially since he had an opening, but instead he helped educate me, which saved me a few hundred dollars, and let me know he was available if needed. When you’re in a stressful situation, it is extra comforting to know that there are people out there who are actually interested in helping, like John. I will definitely call him if we need to work in the future!
