I have a large modernish/mid-century style house in Palo Alto. Is has a complex roof design with raised seam metal, flat roof torch-on, Kallwall panels and a small amount flat roof vinyl.

Over the years (20+ ..wow time flies!) John and his team have maintained and fixed our roof with care and precision. John is up to date with all the latest materials and techniques.

I have done a lot of work on the house myself and John is always willing to listen to my thoughts about how something should be maintained/fixed and then gives me solid advice in return.

One time about 10 yrs ago I had an extremely difficult to find leak in a newly remodeled part of the house. I just could not find it…and needed to find it before the next rain… John came over and we worked together and he found it right away ….in a place I would NEVER have suspected.

Palo Alto roofing has expanded over time and John hires careful workers (roofing is a very dangerous occupation). My roof has some pretty steep tricky areas to get to, and a metal roof is easy to slide off..Safety is essential.

Recently some extremely hard to get to (highest point of roof, at 3 stories above grade) fiberglass translucent Kalwall panels needed recoating with clear epoxy (has to be done every 10-15yrs) This job required building some wood staging on-site to do safely and this was done quickly and with solid design.
